公司創(chuàng)建于1987年，1998年投資1，400萬元創(chuàng)建重慶川江毛線廠，是西南唯一一家大規(guī)模毛紡企業(yè)，年銷售收入5，600萬元，利稅350萬元，擁有員工420人。
